Privacy

The full policy is not written yet. Here is exactly what this website does today, which is very little.

This website

As of 4 October 2026, memoratu.com is a set of static pages. It has no forms, no sign-up, no comments and no search. It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tag manager and no third-party scripts of any kind, and it loads no fonts or images from anywhere else.

The only JavaScript on the site is ours and runs entirely in your browser: it opens and closes the menu on a phone, and on our documentation pages it steps you through a tutorial and copies a command when you click copy. It sends nothing anywhere, and it stores nothing except which tutorial step you are on, for as long as that tab is open.

To be specific about that last part, because “no cookies” on its own would be a technically true and slightly misleading thing to say: the documentation stepper keeps a single number in your browser’s sessionStorage — the step you have reached — so that reloading the page does not lose your place. It is scoped to that one tab, it is discarded when you close it, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.

So this website does not collect anything about you, because there is nothing here that could.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, as every web host does. We do not read them to build a picture of individual visitors, and we have added nothing on top of them.

The product

memoratu the product — the accounts, the projects, the todos — is a separate thing from this website, and it is not open to the public. There is no way to sign up from a browser today.

A full privacy policy covering what the product stores, for how long, and what happens when you delete an account, will be published before anybody outside the people building it can create one. It is not written yet, and we would rather say that than put up a generic policy copied from somewhere else that does not describe what we actually do.

If this page looks out of date

It carries a date for a reason. If this site has gained a form, a newsletter box or anything that measures you, and this page still reads like the above, then this page is wrong and we want to know.
